Use of Trademarks
Mamba is an independent WordPress plugin developer and is not officially connected with or endorsed by WordPress, the WordPress Foundation, Automattic, WooCommerce, or any of their related organizations.
“WordPress®,” “WooCommerce®,” and all other associated names are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Mamba does not claim any ownership of these trademarks. Our products are built to integrate with WordPress and WooCommerce, but are developed, maintained, and supported entirely by Mamba at mambaspeed.com.
Plugin Licensing
License Grant
When you purchase a Mamba plugin, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use that plugin in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Software License
All Mamba plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 3.0 or later, allowing modification and use under that license.
License Key and Validity
Each plugin purchase includes:
- The core plugin files,
- Access to documentation and installation materials, and
- A unique, non-transferable license key.
Your license is valid for one year from the purchase date. During this period, you will receive plugin updates and technical support.
When the license expires, you may continue using the plugin indefinitely, but you will no longer receive updates or support until the license is renewed.
License keys may not be shared, resold, or distributed publicly. If you need to transfer ownership of a license, please contact Mamba for approval.
Mamba reserves the right to revoke licenses that are used in violation of these terms.
Purchases, Subscriptions, and Renewals
Purchasing a plugin or subscribing to an annual plan gives you:
- Access to the core plugin and related files,
- A license key valid for one year, and
- Updates and support throughout that year.
All annual purchases automatically create a subscription using your chosen payment method. This ensures uninterrupted updates and support.
- Your subscription renews automatically every year using your saved payment method.
- You can cancel anytime from your Mamba account, through your payment provider, or by contacting us directly.
- If you cancel before renewal, your plugin remains active until the end of the paid term.
- Once expired, the plugin continues to function on your site, but updates and support will stop until renewal.
If you wish to resume updates and support later, simply renew your license at the current price.
Lifetime License (By Request Only)
Mamba does not offer public lifetime licenses for sale. However, if you require a custom lifetime license, please contact us directly to discuss individual terms and pricing. Lifetime licenses, when issued, are governed by a separate written agreement.
Plugin Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will:
- Gain immediate access to your plugin files and license key on the order confirmation page.
- Receive an email confirmation with download links and license details.
- Have access to the plugin files in your Mamba account for as long as your license is active.
If your license expires or is revoked, download access will be paused until renewal.
Automatic Updates
Automatic plugin updates are available to all users with an active license key.
Updates can be applied directly from your WordPress dashboard or downloaded manually from your Mamba account on mambaspeed.com.
Once your license expires, automatic updates will be disabled until renewal.
Warranty & Liability
Mamba plugins are tested and guaranteed to function correctly on a new installation of WordPress using a default theme.
We do not guarantee full compatibility with all third-party themes, plugins, or hosting environments.
All plugins are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty.
Mamba shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins — including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or site conflicts.
Pricing & Modifications
Mamba reserves the right to modify pricing, license terms, or subscription conditions at any time without notice.
Existing subscriptions will renew at the original purchase price unless cancelled.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, future renewals must be purchased at the current price listed on mambaspeed.com.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All Mamba plugins, code, designs, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Mamba.
You may not claim ownership or exclusive rights to any part of our products.
All website content, including text, graphics, videos, and documentation on mambaspeed.com, is owned by Mamba and may not be reused or redistributed without written consent.
If you are an affiliate or partner, please contact us before republishing any content.
Refund Policy
We believe in the quality and reliability of our plugins, but we understand that every site is different.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order.
Please contact us before requesting a refund if you experience issues — our team may be able to help.
Refunds are not available after 14 days or for expired licenses.
Personal Data & Privacy
When you purchase a plugin, we collect limited data to process your order:
- Name
- Email address
- Billing address
- VAT or tax number (if applicable)
- IP address (for regional tax compliance)
We do not have access to your payment details. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, or other trusted payment gateways.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Email Communication
Besides transactional emails (order confirmations, license delivery, renewal notices), Mamba may occasionally send emails about product updates or new features.
You may unsubscribe from these emails anytime without affecting your license.
Mamba never sells, rents, or shares your email address with third parties.
Agreement & Legal Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Mamba plugin, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If any clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.
Mamba reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
