Support Policy

Our Support Service is available to all customers with an active Mamba license and includes help with plugin installation, configuration, and general usage.

Before submitting a support request, please consult the plugin documentation and FAQs available on mambaspeed.com. Many common setup and troubleshooting questions are already answered there.

If you cannot find a solution, you can open a support ticket through our Helpdesk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


Bug Fixing

If you believe you have discovered a bug or defect in one of our plugins, please notify us through our Helpdesk.

We take bug reports seriously and will investigate and fix confirmed issues as quickly as possible.

We’ll do our best to provide a timely fix or workaround for any genuine issues found within our plugins.


What Our Support Service Does Not Cover

Our Support Service does not include:

  • Products or services developed, sold, or licensed by third parties that are not officially associated with Mamba.
  • Assistance with third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments not developed or distributed by Mamba.
  • Requests that involve custom development, feature additions, or code modifications outside the intended functionality of the plugin.

Support is only provided for plugins purchased or licensed directly from Mamba or our authorized resellers.

For third-party products, you will need to contact the respective developer or provider for support.
