Database Settings

Enable (per task)
Turns on automation for the selected maintenance task (e.g., stale transients, order notes, logs). Runs on the defined schedule via WP-Cron (or a real cron job triggering wp-cron.php).

Schedule (per task)
Defines the frequency for each task (every 6/12 hours, daily, every 2 days, weekly). Choose based on store volume and acceptable data staleness.

Task Parameters (per task)
Task-specific settings (e.g., Retention days, Months, Statuses) that determine what entries are cleaned. Adjust according to your data retention policies and risk tolerance.

Run Now
Executes the selected task immediately. Useful for testing impact and confirming safety before relying on automation.


Task Visibility

Next Run / Last Run / Rows
Provides transparency into scheduling and effectiveness. Displays the last runtime and number of rows processed to help tune schedules and retention safely.


Global Controls

Save Settings
Persists enabled tasks, schedules, and parameters, and updates cron schedules accordingly.

Refresh Counts
Recalculates how many rows are currently eligible for cleanup, allowing you to preview impact before executing a task.
